Sky Salt wasn’t built to be a restaurant you just eat at. It was built to be an evening you remember — from the first soft light to the last string-light glow on Road No. 36, CBI Colony.

This is the same terrace at 2 PM — sun-washed, green, easy. The photo is real: corner.inc gallery, Road No. 36. At night the same tables glow under strings — the hero slider on the homepage shows that same transformation.

You arrive — the city is still awake
Lift doors open to a warm, wood-and-green rooftop on Road No. 36. Indoor nook to your left, open terrace ahead, trailing plants and that first gust of evening air.
Golden hour does the decorating
The sky turns peach, then tangerine. Our amber walls and linen glow. This is why we kept the rooftop low and open — so the sunset does half the work.
String lights flicker on — dinner begins
Warm pools of light, soft conversation, a menu that travels: butter chicken comfort, truffle penne, chipotle tacos, Thai basil heat — all meant to share.
Nightcap under the skyline
The city glitters. A last sangria, a masala chai, or just the breeze. Couples linger, friends laugh louder — the rooftop has turned into a little village above Jubilee Hills.
